TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NIGHTMARE IN THE SQUARE 2025

By purchasing a ticket to Nightmare in the Square, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Ticket Type & Price
 

• Early Bird Ticket: £10 (limited availability – first come, first served).

• Ticket grants entry to the main event at Southampton Guildhall Square (inside marquee).
   

2. Entry Requirements
 

• Strictly 18+.

• A valid, physical photo ID (passport or driving licence) is required for entry – no exceptions.

• Last entry is strictly 8:00PM. No entry will be permitted after this time, even with a valid ticket. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

• No re-entry once inside the event.
   

3. Dress Code
 

• Halloween fancy dress is strongly encouraged – let your imagination run wild!

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone dressed inappropriately or deemed to be wearing offensive costume material.
   

4. Refund Policy
 

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled.

• In the unlikely event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
   

5. Event Policies
 

• The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the lineup or schedule without notice.

• Anti-social, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated – offenders will be removed without refund.

• Searching may be a condition of entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

• Event photography and videography will be in operation – by attending, you consent to being filmed/photographed for promotional use.
   

6. Weather & Venue

• This is an indoor event held in a large, purpose-built marquee, so it will go ahead rain or shine.
